The dojo will be closed on August 19th. It will also be closed on Labor Day weekend, 9/1 – 9/4. Enjoy your time off and we’ll see you back in classes soon!

There will be a class on Friday, Sept. 1 at 12pm for everyone, at our Towson Merritt location, in the Mind/Body Studio. However, evening classes that day are canceled.
