The Towson dojo will be closed on Halloween, Tuesday, October 31.

Enjoy your trick-or-treating, have fun and try not to eat too much candy. I’m sure a few extra pushups and situps may be in order during the next class to burn off that extra sugar.

Students will learn the basic techniques of the traditional Japanese style of martial arts, Seido Karate. They will work on practical self-defense, work on conditioning and endurance and learn drills and games that work on motor skill improvement.

The White Marsh dojo will be closed on the Saturday November 4th for the Merritt Fall Festival.

Ladies, this workshop is for moms, daughters, sisters, aunts, girlfriends, and anyone who wants to learn the steps to empowering themselves! Activities will include, but not be limited to: core conditioning and practical technique development, role-playing to learn verbal skills and to develop spatial and personal boundaries, and discussions regarding awareness within the self-defense realm. In this session, we will also introduce meditation, for those who are interested.

Due to content of material covered in class, participants must be 16 years of age or older.

Due to scheduling conflicts and various vacations, we need to cancel class in the Towson dojo on Weds 8/23 & Fri 8/25.

As a reminder we’ll be holding a group class on Fri, 9/1 for all students, due to Labor Day holiday. There are no classes that weekend as well. We will return to our regular schedule starting Tues, 9/5.
