Adults (new students only) train for FREE in the month of January!

We missed YOU in the Friday 12 noon class this week! No worries … plan to join us next week at Towson Merritt from 12-1:00 p.m. for karate basics, kata and self defense, along with core conditioning work. We finish each class with seated meditation. Take a lunch break and join us … it will help you meet your 2017 resolutions and help jump start your weekend!

Or, join us tomorrow, Saturday, January 7th at White Marsh Merritt for our Kagami Biraki (first official training of the new year) from 10-11:15 a.m. Plan to stay afterwards for a potluck brunch that will end at 12 noon.

Kinder Kicks is a program developed for parents and children to exercise, learn and play with a martial arts flair. Children develop perseverance, self-control, courage and respect through fun fitness curriculum with their parents.

We are offering a wonderful introduction to the martial arts this Fall!

Classes are offered from age 4 to adult.

Students will learn the basic techniques of the traditional Japanese-style of martial arts, Seido Karate. They will work on practical self-defense, work on conditioning and endurance and learn drills and games that work on motor skill improvement.
