2016 Inter-Dojo Tournament – May 7, Towson
One week left before our Inter-Dojo Tournament! This is a fun event that gives the students a chance to show off their hard work and skills.

Time: 1 – 3pm
Location: Towson Merritt
Tournament events will include kata and point fighting. There will also be demonstrations by junior and senior black belt students.

Don’t forget that our Kung Fu Panda, Bring A Friend Day was re-scheduled for this coming Monday, February 29th from 4:45 – 6pm. We hope that you and your friend can join us for lots of games, arts and crafts and activities with the Kung Fu Panda theme. Hope to see everyone on Monday!

Ladies, this workshop is for moms, daughters, sisters, aunts, girlfriends, and anyone who wants to learn the steps to empowering themselves! Activities will include, but not be limited to:
– Core conditioning
– Practice technique development drills together
– Role-playing to learn verbal skills and to develop spatial and personal boundaries
– Discussions regarding awareness within the self-defense realm
In this session, we will also introduce meditation, for those who are interested.
Content of material covered in class is age-appropriate, however participants must be 12 years of age or older to participate.
Group Introductory Class @ Merritt White Marsh
You are invited to our Group Introductory Class at our dojo at the White Marsh Merritt location.
Come and see how our students have a great time, while developing focus and self-discipline! Class will conclude with the students breaking a board and earning their belt!

In celebration of the upcoming Christmas season, the dojo hours will be as follows for December 21st through January 2nd:
Normal class schedule Monday through Weds, December 21-23 and December 28-30.
Dojo closed Thursday through Saturday, December 24-26 and December 31-January 2.
