This Sunday is Mother’s Day … do you believe it?!  In celebration of all of our student’s moms, we would like to invite you to class this Saturday during their normal class time.  Come and have some fun with your child(ren), work off some stress, strengthen your core and finish with some meditation.  Perhaps Dad will be making breakfast or lunch for you while you are enjoying your time with us…?!!

Even if your student does not normally attend the Saturday class, join us please!!!!  We are trying to get 100% participation from our student base.

Kinder Kicks is a program developed for parents and children to exercise, learn and play with a martial arts flair. Children develop perseverance, self-control, courage and respect through fun fitness curriculum with their parents.

Osu and good afternoon students and parents.

I’m sure you all have been following the news about COVID-19 and the precautions we have taken to address the issue in our dojo. Today, Governor Hogan declared that starting Monday, March 16, all public schools in Maryland will be closed through Friday, March 27. 

We will follow the same guidance: We will still have classes on Thursday and Friday, but then starting Saturday, March 14th the dojo will be closed until at least March 27. 

We want you to be ready to pick up your training as soon as the dojo opens again. So please continue to work on your material at home:

• Review your terminology and techniques,
• Practice your self-defense and katas
• Work on your conditioning.

We are currently working on a means of offering online instruction, in lieu of classes. As soon as we come up with a solution, we will let you know about this program and how to access it.

Thank you for your patience and we hope that you, your family, friends and community remain in good health. We look forward to seeing you back in the dojo as soon as that is possible and safe.

To be silly and fun, we’d like you all to wear some kind of green “hair”. Be fun, be creative, but please don’t use any hair coloring or sprays. And we’re going to work out, so wear comfortable clothes.

It’s not too early to start thinking about your Summer plans. Our Karate and More Summer Camps are a lot of fun and are a great introduction to martial arts. 
We are offering a 20% discount on Summer Camps that ends on Jan. 31. After that, it drops to 15% until March 31, then full price.
